Sjakie Calisthenics provides 1:1 online calisthenics coaching, operated from the Netherlands. For anything related to your data, contact coaching@sjakiecalisthenics.com.
Coaching application: your name, email address, age, training goals, experience level, how you found us, and optionally your Instagram handle or phone number. We use this solely to assess your application and to contact you about coaching.
App waitlist: your name and email address, used only to let you know when the app launches.
We process this data based on your consent, which you give when submitting a form. We don't use your data for advertising, and we never sell it.
Form submissions are stored in our database hosted by Supabase. If you book an intro call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy. New applications may trigger a notification email to us via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf only.
Applications are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up, at most 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Waitlist entries are deleted after the launch announcement or on request.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and withdraw your consent. Email coaching@sjakiecalisthenics.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
The public website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A functional cookie is used only for the site owner's admin login.
